After finding and seeing the complaints I ran across on other sites, I had second thoughts encompassing ordering from ApplianceZone.com. Fortunately, common sense kicked in and I convinced myself that for any vocal upset customer, you don’t see the multitude of satisfied ones. I am here to say that my dealings with ApplianceZone proved that I was correct - I got positive service, correct parts at half the expense of Sears and very quick delivery.
